Music is a very important part of our gatherings.  In Psalms David says, “I will trust in Your unfailing love, my heart rejoices in Your salvation, I will sing to the Lord because He has been good to me.  God also calls forth songs of praise in His word.  We have a reason to sing because God calls us, He has been good to us, and He is who He says He is.  We also use Music as a way to  communicate God’s truth in artistic ways.  In the new testament, Jesus used parables and Paul even used quotes from modern day poets to relate truth to the culture.  Here at the Water’s Edge we strive to be a creative community of Christ followers that communicate God’s word through the arts, teaching,

and serving people. 

    The Water’s Edge Band consists of about 25 musicians that rotate in and out every Sunday.  It’s a collaboration of players and singers from bands such as Elijah’s Cry, Midday, World’s Fair, Broken Vessels, and The Dwelling Place Band.
